Prof. Virender Bhardwaj is the Principal of Shivaji College and a distinguished academician with extensive experience in teaching and academic leadership. Holding a Ph.D., he is known for his dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development. Through his vision and guidance, he motivates students to strive for innovation, integrity and continuous learning, fostering a positive and progressive educational environment.
Dr. Chhavi Sharma, the Convener and Faculty Advisor of Enactus at Shivaji College, holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and has over 17 years of teaching experience. With her extensive academic expertise and dedication to student development, she inspires students to apply their knowledge for meaningful social impact. Through her guidance and mentorship, she encourages innovation, leadership and responsible entrepreneurship, motivating students to grow into confident and socially conscious individuals.

Through Project Karitri, we empower the underprivileged skilled artisans, providing them opportunities to earn their livelihood.
Through project sana, we transform menstrual health of underprivileged women with eco-friendly, sustainable menstrual solutions that addresses hygiene concerns, promote education and combat plastic waste.
Through Project Karitri and Project Sana, We strengthen the women community and help them in their upliftment which motivate us to do the more better works for them and empower them.
Through Project Sana, we raise awareness within the community about menstrual hygiene, advocate for education on the topic, and promote eco-friendly practices.
Through Project Karitri and Project Sana, we support underprivileged women by providing them with opportunities to earn a livelihood and promoting their menstrual health
Through Project Tahaarat, we aim to safeguard the marine life from the harmful chemicals and enzymes and aim to produce alternative solutions.
Project Karitri preserves traditional Indian art forms while empowering underprivileged women through sustainable employment. In collaboration with POWHER TRUST, it promotes self-reliance through skills like crocheting, with plans to expand to Madhubani, Warli, and more.
Project Sana transforms menstrual health with eco-friendly solutions, education, and reduced plastic waste. A top 4 Enactus finalist, it drives social impact through “Sana ke Kisse”, an engaging period handbook. By translating it into Indian languages, the project empowers underserved communities and promotes inclusivity.”
Project Avantra takes discarded pineapple peels and transforms them into eco-friendly, natural detergent. This project is currently in prototype stage and our aim is to promote sustainability by turning waste into a solution for cleaner homes and a healthier planet

Project Karitri empowers underprivileged artisans associated with ‘POWHER TRUST’ NGO by offering them a sustainable source of income. These talented artisans create beautiful handmade flowers using the technique of crocheting.
We’ve launched a comic book called ‘Sana Ke Kisse’ as part of Project Sana. It has helped many young girls to navigate their first period with confidence and learn about taking care of their menstrual health and hygiene in a simple, relatable way.
"PadCare bins in our college washrooms have been a game-changer. Earlier, disposing of sanitary waste was a concern, but now, with a safe and eco-friendly system, it feels empowering. It ensures hygiene and spreads awareness about sustainable menstrual waste management. Kudos, Enactus!"
